Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Digital Customer Experience Specialist" for our multinational client which has been operating in machinery industry.

Job Description:

  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies that are targeted, relevant and timely across the entire customer experience to increase customer awareness, engagement, acquisition, and conversion (e.g., SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising),
  • Use the marketing automation system (Marketo) to create a lead, to take an active role in the integration of CRM and marketing automation in the upcoming process,
  • Develop a website traffic plan, keep it up to date with correct contact information, language translation and localized campaigns and messaging,
  • Create and implement digital marketing plan, social media marketing plan,
  • Generate reports on all digital activities with key performance indicators,
  • Organize customer events and dealer’s meeting, prepare local marketing printed and promotional materials,
  • Identify trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Responsible for digital advertising budget,
  • Ensure local and global implementation of the communication campaigns and follow up results,
  • C4C web leads follow up and support,
  • Manage joint projects with Human Resources department linked to Employer Branding and EVP, Drive customer satisfaction surveys (NPS).


  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing and communications or equivalent,
  • Research and follow up trends in digital world,
  • Having knowledge on digital advertising tools as like SEO and Google Ads,
  • Good knowledge Adobe Suite, MS Office and Power point,
  • Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken),
  • Experience in digital marketing and inbound marketing,
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills,
  • Planning and organizational skills,
  • Customer-oriented and result-driven,
  • Creative and open to new ideas,
  • Military service completed for male candidates.
