Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for an "SAP CRM Support Coordinatorl" for our customer who is leading manufacturer of home appliances.

Your Responsibilities

  • IT responsible for technician mobile solutions roll-out projects & ensure support quality
  • Analysing of the business requirements, configuring SAP CRM modules, configuring technician mobile solutions
  • Playing a leading role in designing activities of projects; communicate with corporate and remote teams ; transfer customizing requirements where needed
  • Cooperating with other IT teams like developers, template development teams, support teams in other regions
  • Assisting testing process and training of key users with supplying necessary manuals and technical documentation in Jira, wiki etc.

Your Profile

  • University degree from MIS, Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline
  • At least 5 years experience in SAP CRM or another CRM applications, service module know-how is a plus
  • Involvement with a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects, knowledge about SAP Basis & ABAP development is a plus
  • Understanding of customer service business processes with capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations
  • Excellent command of English + excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving , analytic skills, highly self-motivation
