Credit Control,Risk& Legal Manager

We are currently seeking a ‘Credit Control, Risk & Compliance Manager’ for a multinational and globally operating company we are consulting for.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law or related fields,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Credit Control, Compliance Risk Management, Finance or related areas,
• Experience in dealer networks, distributor structures or B2B business models is preferred,
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk assessment and cash flow management,
• Experience in contract review and commercial negotiations,
• Ability to evaluate legal, financial and commercial risks,
• Advanced level of English,
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills,
• Proactive, analytical and business-oriented mindset.

Job Description:

• Manage dealer and customer credit risk processes,
• Monitor receivables, collections and financing activities,
• Review commercial contracts and support legal compliance processes,
• Identify and mitigate financial, legal and operational risks,
• Support cash flow management and working capital optimization,
• Coordinate with banks, dealers and external business partners,
• Prepare management reports and support decision-making processes,
• Collaborate closely with local and international stakeholders.
