Training Manager

We are looking for a "Training Manager" for our client, who is the global market leader in the dermocosmetics sector.

Job Description:

• Adapt global training materials to the local market with care and attention to detail
• Deliver clear and engaging product trainings
• Observe skincare practices in the field and support correct application
• Provide guidance and coaching to the Beauty Advisors and sell-out teams on both field teams
• Stay in close contact with Beauty Advisors and Regional Managers
• Follow up on field trainings to ensure a smooth and consistent experience
• Conduct trainings at pharmacies across different regions in Türkiye

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of a relevant university department
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Preferably experienced in the cosmetics or pharmacy sector
• Experience working with training programs and field teams
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Power Point
• Strong organization, planning and followup abilities, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both Turkish and English.
