Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a ''Travel Coordinator and Personal Assistant'' who has the following qualifications and speaks advanced English for our industry-leading business partner.


  • Bachelor's degree in related fields 
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant (or travel coordinator)
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English is a must,
  • Strong communication skills, team player, willing to adapt to daily changes and needs
  • Pro-active; disciplined, detailer, strong time-management,
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft programs, analysis, and reporting skills. 

Job Description:

  • Plans the annual, periodic, and daily agenda of the manager in the most appropriate way, taking into account the workload/private life and priorities,
  • Responsible for the preparation of all domestic/international travel programs and accommodation arrangements,
  • Managing telephone, e-mail, and document tracking processes, and keeping track of administrative documents,
  • Planning and organizing the manager's pet vet appointments and travel paperwork,
  • • Working in coordination with the house staff and the driver of the Executive to follow up the work,
  • Attend meetings, prepare requested correspondence texts, and archive.
