Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Financial Controller" for our global business partner.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Managing month end closing activities in accordance with US GAAP,
  • Loading trial balance, US GAAP adjustment and statistical key figures to OneStream reporting tool,
  • Presentation of financial results to company's management team with explaining all variances business plan vs actuals,
  • Preparation of weekly flash reports to Group Controlling team,
  • Preparation of quarterly forecasts comparing with business plan,
  • Preparation and submission of long-term business plan to Headquarter,
  • Controlling of cost centers monthly report with department managers,
  • Conduct balance sheet and account reconciliation reviews and preparation of Month End Compliance Reports,
  • CMF preparation (Yearly audit report),
  • Responsible for monitoring the working capital by keeping AR days, AP days, Capex, Inventories and Liquidity indicators at optimal level,
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting the cost reduction projects,
  • Interaction with internal auditors based on SOX requirements, audit follow up.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or Engineering from reputable universities; master’s degree is an additional asset,
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant financial analysis, cost management, and accounting experience in finance,
  • Experience of monthly minimum control procedures according to SOX requirements,
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English,
  • Good knowledge of OneStream reporting tool application,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP - S4Hana, BPC, BW and Power BI,
  • Strong interpersonal and direct communication skills through a team player role,
  • Having strong analytical, problem-solving ability with under pressure, result oriented, self-driven and business partner mind,
  • Strong deadline management, prioritize and plan workload within a limited timeframe,
  • Audit experience is an asset.
