Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for ‘’Sales Revenue Manager’’ to our global business partner, which is a leading player in FMCG industry


  • Obtained Bachelor’s Degree with related fields
  • A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in global in FMCG
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Strong analytical, strategy, change management and communication skills are essential
  • Understanding of all SRM disciplines (strategic pricing, promotions, mix, trade terms, commercial strategy)


  • Develop the Market Pricing Strategy leveraging strategic pricing frameworks
  • Promo Efficiency Leveraging ROI together with driving a Health Outcome Portfolio Strategy
  • Collaborating with Pillar Heads to embed the Trade Terms Framework leveraging qualitative trade terms
  • In collaboration with regional teams, build a capability roadmap and organize training
  • Codify and share SRM best practices across the region where relevant and share back insights, learnings & needs with regional teams
  • Leads the creation and implementation of Trade Terms Strategy aligning with principles of qualitative vs quantitative.
  • Translating this into our annual operating plan as input for their respective market in relation to SRM disciplines (strategic pricing, promotions, mix, trade terms, commercial strategy)
  • Creating and governing pricing, trade terms and promotional strategy and playbook and providing sign off for any exceptions.
  • Drive ‘Mix for Growth’ by optimizing Portfolio/Customer/Channel Mix plans
  • Lead perfect store, perfect digital store, agenda for the unit
  • Execute annual capability plan for sales team including roadmap and initiatives to support the company strategic objectives that needed to step up commercial capabilities to growin a sustainable way
  • Demonstrate leadership and providing guidance to establish and maintain quality balance with business + development agendas of associates
  • Prepare and execute budget for field capability programs
  • Ensure sustainability models for learning
