We are looking for an ''Organizational Development Supervisor' for our leading client in the FMCG sector.
- Coordinate the global strategic planning process and ensure the strategic focuses and priorities to be cascaded throughout the organization effectively,
- In the line of the company strategies and needs, deal with the organizational designs by providing benchmarks and proposing the proper solutions,
- Support the organizational change management process in line with Company's digital transformation,
- Design and implement necessary initiatives to transform the organizational culture effectively,
- Ensure that performance management process is carried out effectively according to the annual calendar,
- Design and implement supportive tools in the performance management system for a high performance organizational culture,
- Lead the employee engagement survey process by designing employee engagement programs and initiatives as well as deploying the best practices to all operations.
- Abachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline,
- At least 5 years’ experience in Organizational Development & Design,
- Working experience in a consulting firm is a big plus,
- Knowledge of process development with effective planning and project management skills,
- Strong analytical thinking skills and result oriented,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Resilient under stressful and ambiguous situations,
- Ability to demonstrate practical and out of box approach in problem solving,
- Advanced knowledge of English,
- Ability to work in a matrix, highly diversified and challenging work environment,
- No restriction to travel within Turkey and to Countries where we operate.
