E-ticaret eğitim ve danışmanlık sektöründe faaliyet gösteren iş ortağımız için aşağıdaki niteliklere sahip, Satış Müdürü arayışımız bulunmaktadır.
Job Description:
• Plan and manage international sales strategies.
• Implement assigned sales targets by developing operational action plans to achieve these goals.
• Analyze the sales performance of the product group and develop improvement strategies.
• Lead, guide, and support the foreign trade team to ensure the achievement of team objectives.
• Work in coordination with production, R&D, operations, and other departments to best meet customer demands.
• Provide quick solutions to problems encountered during the sales process and intervene directly in the process when necessary.
• Contribute to new product development processes in line with customer feedback and market needs.
• Provide regular reports to senior management regarding sales performance, strategies, and market developments.
• Identify potential markets and new customer segments, and develop target market strategies accordingly.
• Conduct competitor analysis and develop strategies to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
• Manage the necessary preparations for participating in international fairs and industry events to promote product groups and enhance brand awareness.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with customers and expand the customer portfolio.
• Supervise the workflows of the foreign trade operations team, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies, and provide direct support when necessary.
• Work in close coordination with the foreign trade operations team to ensure export processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and on time, and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Guide the operations team in operational processes, proactively identify potential risks, and develop preventive solutions.
• Monitor after-sales service quality and carry out activities to improve customer satisfaction.
