Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a Quality Manager for a leading company in the industry, located in Trabzon.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality team and ensure that company operations are conducted in compliance with quality standards and documentation by providing necessary guidance to the team,
  • Develop and disseminate Quality Control plans for machining, coating, surface treatment, assembly, and other processes,
  • Ensure the continuity of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in our manufacturing plants,
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance unit in preparation activities related to the Quality Management System,
  • Prepare all records, documents, and reports related to quality activities,
  • Prepare audit plans and conduct audits according to the plan,
  • Conduct activities to instill customer awareness and customer satisfaction among employees,
  • Manage all quality control processes in parallel with production, monitor the production flow, and intervene in critical areas when necessary,
  • Implement improvement initiatives to enhance output quality,
  • Collaborate with quality, production, and relevant teams to provide solutions for potential quality problems in production processes,
  • Support and manage all quality processes within the factory in line with customer satisfaction,
  • Participate in and lead all process improvement and product quality enhancement projects,
  • Develop new quality assurance techniques within the factory, work with the Methods team to design Poke-Yoke devices,
  • Set and monitor all quality indicators, take solution-oriented actions and implement them in case of any performance decline,
  • Work with Quality Assurance and Purchasing departments to carry out Supplier Development activities and improve the supply system.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from relevant Engineering Departments,
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English,
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in this field,
  • Team-oriented, with strong communication skills,
  • Strong analytical thinking abilities, eager to research and learn,
  • Able to work effectively within a team.
