Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a "Change Management Leader" to one of our industry leader manufacturer clients in the automotive industry.
Change Management Leader role is accountable who drives the all transformation engagement efforts across the company.
The role performs company wide transformation engagement governance by designing, developing and executing the needed change management tools, frameworks or coaching/benchmarking/execution services towards all levels of the company in line with the determined corporate vision.
The role will act as part of the enterprise transformation team and directly influence the corporate transformation agenda. The ideal candidate will heavily work on the journey of Enterprise Agile Transformation.
The main responsibilities of the position are;
-Designs and leads the governance structure of engagement strategy for all transformation pillars,
-Owns the backlog Transformation Engagement (Planning, delivering, alignment with relevant transformation pillars and continuous refinement ) ,
-Provides benchmarks and develops improvement plans on the change management services,
-Maximizes the impact of change by delivering diverse engagement instruments,
-Conducts and assesses the impact initiatives, maximized the inclusiveness of the change journey,
-Provides and develops frameworks or identifies tailor made change management instruments for a targeted engagement journey,
-Presents alternative approaches for integration of the dynamic balance cultural leadership program and the agile transformation, (with which tools, in what model should be addressed)
-Provides feedback and change management coaching for organization change, culture change, employee journey change or way of working change areas,
-Acts as trusted advisor for the leadership team of the company and supports their journey as a sparring partner during/after the change.
-Experience as change management role in a transforming organization will be prioritized,
-Hands-on change management experience in Enterprise Agile Transformation,
-Detailed knowledge and experience in corporate culture transformation journeys,
-Well-experienced on working with agile principles,
-Proven record of leading the engagement journeys of multiple enterprise transformation programs.
Educational Background, Desired Skills and Competencies :
-Bachelor's Degree in a business related discipline, (Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering, Management related areas...)
-Advanced level English, (Excellent verbal and written communication)
-Hands-on experience of change management principles, techniques & tools,
-Having strong communication skills, good coaching and high coordination skills,
-Strong stakeholder management skills, expectation management,
-Effective facilitation, workshop design and influencing skills,
-Strong Conflict resolution and negotiation skills,
-Having an employee-oriented approach, high empathy ability.
