Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Human Resources Supervisor (Industrial Relations & Labor Law)” for a global holding company which is located in Ümraniye/İstanbul


· Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields,

· 4-8 years of HR business experience focused on payroll, labor law and industrial relations,

· Upper-Intermediate level in English; both written and spoken,

· Good knowledge of SAP HR and MS Office Applications,

· Experience with blue-collar employees and labor unions is preferred.

· Result orientated with strong planning, problem solving and analytical skills.


· Following Human Resources regulations via official publications and announce the changes via circulars and adapting the new regulations to all kinds of HR systems and operations,

· Managing Sap HR system and payroll schema and making sure that the payroll always operates conformable to the Turkish legal requirements,

· Following and reporting business lawsuits related with labor law, continuously analyze the data and raise top management awareness about up-front risks

· Especially, in the act of company closures, mergers, acquisitions; evaluating labor-law related risks,

· For six different labor unions, following and reporting collective labor agreement processes, and participating in the union meetings on behalf of holding if necessary,

·Conducting complementary benefit processes from end to end such as private health insurance and individual retirement with employer contribution for all group companies.

·Supporting other units of Holding HR Team; continuously working in collaboration with other HR functions.
