Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a Head of Quality for our business partner, which is a global leader in natural ingredients production industry, located in Karaman.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality strategies in Region TIP aligned with company goals and industry standards.
  • Oversee the quality and food safety management system within Region TIP .
  • Monitor quality metrics, manage deviations, and drive corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective implementation of quality processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to integrate quality measures within the region.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Handle major quality issues and coordinate with suppliers and partners.
  • Represent the plant in quality reviews with executive leadership.


Managerial & Leadership Duties:

  • Implement strategies in alignment with the overall company vision within the Region TIP.
  • Lead and strenghten the communication between sales, quality , production departments and global quality teams to create a common business acumen and a sustainable cooperation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to top management for the sustainable business growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing quality team, managing personnel decisions in coordination with HR.
  • Optimize processes and drive digital transformation to enhance efficiency and value within the region.
  • Manage resources and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
  • Define and enforce internal regulations and ensure compliance with standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Enginering
  • Advanced level of English is a must
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, quality management & food safety within the food and beverage industry.
  • Minimum 7 years of people management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
