Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a Head of Quality for our business partner, which is a global leader in natural ingredients production industry, located in Karaman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality strategies in Region TIP aligned with company goals and industry standards.
- Oversee the quality and food safety management system within Region TIP .
- Monitor quality metrics, manage deviations, and drive corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective implementation of quality processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to integrate quality measures within the region.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive continuous process improvements.
- Handle major quality issues and coordinate with suppliers and partners.
- Represent the plant in quality reviews with executive leadership.
Managerial & Leadership Duties:
- Implement strategies in alignment with the overall company vision within the Region TIP.
- Lead and strenghten the communication between sales, quality , production departments and global quality teams to create a common business acumen and a sustainable cooperation.
- Act as a strategic partner to top management for the sustainable business growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing quality team, managing personnel decisions in coordination with HR.
- Optimize processes and drive digital transformation to enhance efficiency and value within the region.
- Manage resources and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
- Define and enforce internal regulations and ensure compliance with standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Enginering
- Advanced level of English is a must
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, quality management & food safety within the food and beverage industry.
- Minimum 7 years of people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
