Job Description:
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a "Deputy General Manager- Technical" located in Ankara/ Sincan for our business partner operating in the automotive sector.
Qualifications:
• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering degree preferred,
• Minimum 15 years of experience in automotive, defence or heavy industry,
• Strong knowledge in metalworking and casting,
• Experience in maintenance, EHS and lean production,
• Fluent in English,
• Strong persuasive and analytical skills.
Job Description:
• Manage CNC machining operations and foundry processes, ensuring efficiency, quality and continuity of all production activities,
• Implement modern manufacturing and machining techniques; lead process improvement initiatives,
• Coordinate Maintenance, Occupational Health & Safety and Lean Manufacturing teams to ensure departmental alignment with operational KPIs,
• Participate in the company’s strategic meetings and provide guiding, solution-oriented recommendations,
• Conduct visits to international customers and professionally represent the company from both a technical and operational perspective,
• Develop, lead and mentor the teams under your responsibility, fostering a high-performance culture.
