Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Engineering Manager" located in Gebze for our business partner operating in the maritime industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering disciplines,
Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in yacht/boat manufacturing or similar complex product development environments,
Proficient in 3D modeling and technical drawing tools, particularly AutoCAD,
Strong leadership, team management and communication skills,
Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented and results-driven approach,
Advanced level of English proficiency.

Job Description:

Developing new product strategies and ensuring the preparation and implementation of procedures covering product design, development and prototyping processes,
Leading the development of innovative products, designs and technical solutions that create differentiation in the industry; preparing, reviewing, and controlling related technical documentation,
Defining, monitoring and reporting performance metrics used in product design and development processes,
Coordinating the preparation of production drawings for new products and revision projects; ensuring accurate transfer of technical information to production,
Researching and implementing new manufacturing techniques, materials and technologies,
Managing budget planning and cost control throughout product development processes,
Providing technical support to procurement processes; evaluating and approving technical compliance of supplier quotations,
Ensuring the transfer of international yacht production standards and classification rules to the team; monitoring classification processes and certifications,
Managing technical issues affecting production and leading continuous improvement initiatives,
Integrating product development and portfolio management processes into digital systems.
