Export Operation Departmant Lead

Job Description:

Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.

We are looking for an "Export Operation Department Lead" to one of the leading manufacturing companies in automotive industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing Operation Team

• Coordinating export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation

• Following Inward Processing Regime within export process

• Communicating with customs broker, distributors etc.

• Ensure smooth export operation by close follow-up of exportation regulations, controlling all export expenses realized in whole operation

• Evaluating all reports and processes of Operation Team and recommending appropriate changes if required and preparation regular reports to the top management

• Maintain the continuity of export process cooperating with logistics partners and the 3rd parties

Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Advanced user of SAP and MS Office programs

• Excellent analytical thinking, planning, systematic, reliable and team worker,

• Familiarity with international trade regulations & customs clearance processes

• Min. 10 vears experience in export related roles
