QUALITY DIRECTOR

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for Quality Director to our business partner in automotive parts industry, located in Bursa.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and standardize quality management across all locations (domestic and international).
• Share and apply best practices and lessons learned across current and new projects.
• Define quality department budget targets, covering investments and expenses.
• Analyze deviations, initiate corrective actions, and achieve financial objectives.
• Create a strategic BIQ framework aligned with the company’s goals.
•  Develop short- and medium-term roadmaps and set performance monitoring criteria.
• Ensure adherence to technical specifications, regulations, and customer-specific requirements.
• Ensure Product Integrity
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and systematically evaluate results.
• Coordinate risk assessment activities for existing and new projects.
• Define and enforce process and product quality standards.
• Manage laborator operations
• Support business development by meeting customer quality performance targets.
• Contribute to new project acquisitions that enhance the company’s turnover and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with customer, standard, and legal product quality specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Advanced English Level
• At least 12 years of experience in quality and 5 years of managerial experience
• Experience in autumotive industry is a must
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and quality processes, including OEM-specific standards
•  Expertise in customer relationship management
• Proven leadership and management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
