Job Description:
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a "Quality Manager" located in Gebze for our business partner operating in the maritime industry.
Qualifications:
• Graduated from the engineering faculties of universities,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management/audit processes,
• Knowledgeable about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards,
• Experienced in problem-solving techniques,
• Knowledge of classification society rules and flag state regulations,
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and reporting skills,
• Strong leadership, team management and communication abilities,
• Fluent in English.
Job Description:
• Ensure the establishment, maintenance and auditing of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards,
• Monitor compliance with classification society rules and flag state regulations,
• Prepare quality assurance plans for steel, composite, paint, electrical/electronic, HVAC, and outfitting processes in mass production and custom yacht projects,
• Plan and manage internal audits, supplier audits and class and customer acceptance tests (HAT/SAT),
• Manage process risk analyses and corrective/preventive action processes,
• Ensure the up-to-date status of the company’s quality assurance system and manage certification processes,
• Conduct quality inspections prior to vessel delivery, report nonconformities and ensure necessary actions are taken,
• Present quality performance reports to senior management after each vessel delivery,
• Execute and report Lean Manufacturing / Just-In-Time practices and support the development of a Six Sigma framework,
• Integrate quality processes with digital systems and lead optimization projects,
• Plan and ensure the continuity of technical training programs.
