Operations Manager

We are looking for "Operations Manager" who will work in Istanbul location for our leading business partner operating in the luxury retail brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Obtained university degree in related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in the fashion and luxury retail industry,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Experienced in team management
• Has strong achievement and result orientation abilities
• Excellent communication and knowledge of store operations and customer service standards

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational effectiveness, as well as developing and leading the operations strategy for the store.
• Managing all aspects of product flow, after sales, maintenance & store upkeep, inventory control, administration, policy enforcement, asset protection, health & safety and schedule management.
• Managing team to optimize operations across and between all concessions while continuing to deliver a positive impact on sales, customer service & stock management.
• Managing rotas ensuring adequate cover for the shop floor for customer service opening & closing times, replenishment.
