PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for Project Manager to our business partner in automotive parts industry located in Çayırova.

Responsibilities:

• Defining project goals and deliverables according to the customer requirements and the Automotive Standards.
• Managing overall project while providing risk management and proactive decision-making.
• Establishing strong communication and effective coordination with all departments and suppliers during project life cycle.   
• Managing PPAP document presentation with support of Quality department for approval while managing early phase project parts deliveries to customer.
• Actively monitoring, tracking and managing project tasks, timelines, budget, attainment of established milestones and overall quality of project activities and deliverables.
• Act as Key Account Manager for related OEM/Tier-1, leading communication with customer.
• Evaluation of RFQ’s in general to achieve nominations for new business.
• Preparing Sales Quotation with Cost-Break Down and feasibility studies to deliver technical overviews and negotiation with customers.
• Following up related projects throughout their life cycle for any Engineering Changes / Pricing Updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum experience of 8 years
• Proficient in English
• Strong communication skills
• Proven experience in project management especially in OEM companies
• Experience in sales management
• Skilled in RFQ analysis and quotation preparation
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards is essential
