Key Account Executive

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a ‘’Key Account Executive (e-retail/e-commerce)’’ for our global client who is operating in consumer health industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management (FMCG or OTC- Over-The-Counter products)
• Frequently traveling availability,
•  Excellent command of verbal and written English is a must (at least B2 level),
• Good business sense, planning and organizational skills,
• Have strong communication, sales and negotiation skills,
• Pro-active; disciplined, detailer, strong time-management,
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, other data analysis tools). 

Job Description:

• The e-retail Key Account Executive will be accountable for executing company strategy within all e-retail clients and marketplaces to ultimately deliver the business objectives (sell-out, market shares, net sales, gross margin),
• Achieve all key sales measures and target for the responsible accounts,
• Develop and manage customer relationships with existing clients,
• Target and open new clients & marketplaces in line with channel strategy,
• Lead and negotiate annual agreements with E-Retail clients,
• Define appropriate assortment for each client and ensure its permanent availability, 
• Define and execute a yearly marketing plan for each client in cooperation with the Digital Manager/Brand Manager, 
• Forecast and monitor sales, report results, 
• Track sell-out and optimal stock level to avoid out of stocks, 
• Execute with excellence new product launches and animations, 
• Ensure all trade and marketing funds are spent in most efficient way to drive business growth.
