We are currently seeking a suitable team member for the position of “Sales Director” for our company operating in the medical tourism sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in medical tourism, healthcare, or health services
- Proven track record in international market development and revenue growth
- Strong network within medical tourism ecosystems (agencies, facilitators, international partners)
- Demonstrated team leadership and scaling experience
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making mindset
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a strong plus
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the international sales and growth strategy for medical tourism services
- Identify and expand high-potential source markets and strategic partnerships
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing international sales team
- Drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration across target regions
- Manage and optimize B2B partnerships with agencies, facilitators, and referral networks
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient journey
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to inform strategy
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
