We are seeking for an "Assistant Director of Business Development" to one of our global client in insurance/brokerage industry.

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Solid professional background within the insurance industry.

• Strong written and spoken English is considered an advantage.

• Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.

• Advanced negotiation and communication skills.

• Valid B category driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.

• Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with new clients, assessing their needs, and preparing tailored proposals.

• Representing the company at industry events and conferences to expand the network and stay informed about emerging market trends.

• Preparing accurate sales forecasts and driving activities to achieve defined targets.

• Designing commercial presentations and maintaining an up-to-date client and contact database.

• Building deep knowledge of the company’s offerings, competitor landscape, and market positioning.
