We are looking for a Deputy Store Manager for our multinational client, which is the leading luxury retail industry.

Job Description

• Support day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and client-centric environment,
• Lead the team by example on the sales floor, offering on-the-spot coaching and guidance,
• Monitor individual and store KPIs, implementing action plans to boost performance,
• Foster strong client relationships through personalized service and CRM activities,
• Contribute to team development and uphold brand image and service standards.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of retail experience, including team leadership,
• Strong commercial mindset and proven sales achievements,
• Fluent in English,
• Skilled in people management, coaching, and performance monitoring,
• Passionate about excellence, service, and building lasting client connections.
