Export Sales Manager

Job Description:

Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3 continents.

We are looking for an “Export Sales Manager” on behalf of a Turkey-based chemical manufacturing company producing adhesives, silicones, sealants, and industrial tapes used in the construction, industrial, and automotive sectors.

Job Description:

• Strengthen and grow the existing distributor network in current markets (Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia),

• Develop new distributors or direct customer portfolios in target markets (Africa, Middle East, Americas, and Eastern Europe),

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customer groups,

• Plan and manage sales budgets, volume, and profitability targets,

• Collaborate closely with export operations teams to ensure smooth shipment and sales processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree,

• Excellent command of English,

• Proven B2B sales experience in product groups such as adhesives, silicones, sealants, and industrial tapes,

• Existing international customer or distributor portfolio,

• Demonstrated sales experience in African and Middle Eastern regions,

• Highly target-oriented and proactive, with strong field sales capabilities,

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive export growth,

• No restriction for international travel.
