Regional Sales Director

Wyser is an international Search & Selection company, present across 3 continents and part of Gi Group Holding.

Our client is a leading company in the packaging industry, with a strong focus on international growth and market expansion. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Export Sales Director to lead their European-focused sales operations.

Job Description

• Develop and implement the company’s international sales strategy in line with growth objectives and market opportunities.
• Build and expand the company’s B2B client portfolio across key European markets (Sweden, France, UK, Liberia, and the Netherlands).
• Establish, lead, and manage international sales teams to drive business development and long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to align on pricing, business priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and ensure successful execution of contracts.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth while ensuring operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in B2B international sales, preferably within the packaging.
• Strong leadership background with experience in building and managing sales teams.
• Demonstrated track record of establishing and expanding international sales networks.
• Financial acumen and ability to interpret business performance data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional European languages are a plus.
