Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.
We are looking for a "Sales Support Engineer" for our client in the applied water solutions industry.
-Pre- sales and post sales coordination and support for different departments,
-Internal responsibilities related to products, applications and pricing,
-To evaluate & analyse customer enquiries, assisting in the selection of the appropriate equipment to meet the overall requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposal,
-Allocate project reference numbers and ensure all the data related to the project is saved under relevant folders as well as essential fields in CRM program,
-Prepare and submit written proposals in accordance company policies by utilizing company selection and quote tools,
-Collect the complete project details from the customer and screen all the involved parties for “red flag” case of any new customers before any quotation is made,
-Assist the manager in maintaining the company product assortment in accordance with the market needs and customer inputs,
-Assist the manager in maintaining the internal / external sales tools,
-Continuous support to the distributors in matters related to products, pricing, technical data sheets etc,
-Liaison with customers, factories, sales team to obtain sufficient information to enable completion of a compliant quotation and therefore to maximize opportunities to receive an order within the current market guidelines,
-Internal product expert role to enhance the support quality and utilise the expertise,
-Assist the order department with clarifications on product configurations and technical information for orders and coordinate the terms and conditions for the sale,
-Co-operate with fellow employees to ensure that functions and objectives are achieved efficiently,
-Train distributors, customers and sales team on products and sales tools,
-Work with the Order department to ensure equipment is delivered with the contracted timescale,
-Work on the product configurations of the pumps manufactured locally,
Experience & Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering),
-Min. 2 years of experience in the pumping systems HVAC and Building services applications, with exposure to sales/marketing/distributors, preferably in an engineering/process control environment,
-Product and market knowledge required,
-Fluent in English,
-High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues.
