PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a “Production Manager" located in Lüleburgaz/Kırklareli for our business partner, which is in the consumer goods industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations of production facilities in conjunction with the Factory Manager

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency

• Supervise maintenance and repair processes to ensure smooth operation of production line machinery

• Optimize workforce and material usage to achieve production targets

• Continuously analyze and improve quality control processes

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and take necessary precautions

• Prepare production-related reports and share them with the Factory Manager and senior management

• Play an active role in commissioning new equipment and manage associated processes

• Evaluate the performance of the production team, identify training needs, and develop improvement plans accordingly

• Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize supply chain and logistics processes

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related engineering fields

• At least 10 years of experience in production management and factory operations

• Preferably knowledgeable in the textile sector, particularly in cotton processing or similar

• Experienced in leadership and team management

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety, quality systems, and labor law

• Proficient in English with advanced ability to read and understand technical documents

• Effective use of MS Office and ERP software
