WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to our client who is the global market leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including storage, loading/unloading, receiving, and shipments.
• Ensure smooth material and information flow, monitoring process efficiency.
• Evaluate and improve supplier performance while exploring new logistics partners.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, set KPIs, and ensure performance targets are met.
• Coordinate with 3PL service providers to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and compliance with stock management procedures.
• Oversee the safe handling and storage of liquid and bulk shipments.
• Drive cost optimization projects and conduct financial analyses to improve logistics efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to enhance performance and workflow effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, and bulk shipments.
• Proficient in supplier evaluation, new vendor sourcing, and 3PL management.
• Knowledgeable in chemical storage and transportation (liquid and solid).
• Experience with SAP systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Well-versed in HSE regulations and compliance.
