Assistant Factory Manager

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a “Assistant Factory Manager" located in Lüleburgaz/Kırklareli for our business partner, which is in the consumer goods industry.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related engineering fields, 

• At least 15 years of experience in production management and factory operations, 

• Knowledgeable in the textile sector, particularly in cotton processing, 

• Experienced in leadership and team management, 

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, 

• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety, quality systems, and labor law, 

• Proficient in English with advanced ability to read and understand technical documents, 

• Effective use of MS Office and ERP software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations of production facilities in conjunction with the Factory Manager, 

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, 

• Supervise maintenance and repair processes to ensure smooth operation of production line machinery, 

• Optimize workforce and material usage to achieve production targets, 

• Continuously analyze and improve quality control processes, 

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and take necessary precautions, 

• Prepare production-related reports and share them with the Factory Manager and senior management, 

• Play an active role in commissioning new equipment and manage associated processes, 

• Evaluate the performance of the production team, identify training needs, and develop improvement plans accordingly, 

• Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize supply chain and logistics processes.
