TECHNICAL MANAGER

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a “Technical Manager" located in Esenyurt for our business partner, which ise one of the world's largest FMCG companies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from the Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics and Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities

• At least 6-7 years of functional experiences and min 1 year of managerial experience

• Advanced knowledge of English 

• PLC and Scada Systems Knowledge

• Ability to use CAD program and read technical drawings

• Strong Communication Skills

• Effective Leadership Skills 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that the necessary electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance & repair and improvement activities are carried out in auxiliary buildings such as production, packaging lines and warehouses within the factories, by directing the team under him. 

• Participate in savings and efficiency studies to increase company profitability by ensuring production continuity

• Ensure that the facility and production lines are constantly operating.

• Determine the needs for investments to be made within the company, establishing the electrical infrastructure and ensuring that the investments are put into operation.

• In cases that may create special needs or cost advantages, designing and manufacturing machinery/equipment using internal and external resources.

• Ensure the execution of technical purchasing activities. 

• Guide the team in developing and implementing alternatives to increase annual energy efficiency and savings.

• Develop and ensuring the implementation of necessary remedial and preventive maintenance activities / projects to reduce occupational accidents to zero

• Ensure legal compliance in the parts under its responsibility, in accordance with the company's system and maintenance activities policies.

• Ensure the calibration of machinery and equipment in accordance with Food Safety and quality systems.

• Determine the necessary competence of the person(s) working under his/her control that affects the performance and effectiveness of the management systems in accordance with the Quality and Food Safety Policy

• Fulfill the requirements of the position in matters affecting the performance and effectiveness of management systems in accordance with the Quality and Food Safety Policy

• Fulfill the requirements of the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System and legal processes, to support all factory employees in the formation of an Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Culture, to prevent work and environmental accidents and to ensure their applicability by taking the necessary actions.
