Plant Controller

Job Description:

Wyser is an international executive search and selection company within Gi Group Holding, specializing in middle and senior management recruitment.

We are currently seeking a ‘Plant Controller’ for a multinational and globally operating company we are consulting for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for plant operations.
• Monitor production costs, cost accounting, and inventory performance.
• Prepare variance analyses and provide actionable financial insights.
• Support Capex evaluations through ROI analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational and financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Plant Controlling, Cost Controlling, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good command of English with strong analytical and communication skills.
