PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Production Executive" for our business partner orerating in food industry located in Çanakkale. 

Qualifications:

• Graduated from food engineering departments of universities, 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry,

• Proficient in English,

• Experience in quality systems and Microsoft Office applications,

• Strong communication skills, team-oriented.

Job Description:

• Establish production goals and ensure they are achieved within the specified quality, time, and quantity,

• Take necessary actions related to the daily production schedule,

• Analyze production data and ensure the preparation of productivity and efficiency reports,

• Manage and control corrective and preventive actions for quality system and product improvement processes,

• Oversee and intervene if necessary in the maintenance and repair activities of existing machinery and production tools in the facility,

• Lead operational excellence, efficiency, and quality projects,

• Address and resolve any non-conformities in the factory immediately, ensuring they do not recur,

• Ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety measures in the factory.
