We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our client, a well-established company operating in the medical aesthetics industry.


Job Description

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and marketing plan for the Turkish market,
  • Manage product and portfolio strategies, including positioning, pricing and launch planning,
  • Develop customer and channel strategies to increase product penetration, market share and profitability,
  • Work closely with the field sales organization to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies,
  • Plan and manage congresses, physician meetings, educational programs and KOL activities,
  • Develop and execute 360° and omnichannel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing and CRM,
  • Manage external agencies, marketing partners and promotional materials,
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and monitor ROI and KPIs,
  • Analyze market, customer and field insights and incorporate them into marketing plans,
  • Collaborate closely with sales, medical and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth.


Education and Experience

  • University degree in a relevant field,
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably at Senior Product Manager / Marketing Manager level,
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, aesthetics, dermocosmetics, personal care or pharmaceutical industries,
  • Proven experience in 360° marketing, product and portfolio management,
  • Fluent in English,
