Quality Assurance & Control Manager

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a Quality Control and Quality Assurance Manager for our business partner operating in the manufacturing sector. 

 Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the end-to-end quality assurance system from supplier to customer
• Design and structure incoming, in-process, and final quality frameworks holistically
• Implement risk-based quality methodologies (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, etc.)
• Lead systematic root cause investigations and drive the implementation of sustainable corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.
• Ensure effective implementation and continuous operation of ISO 9001 and relevant quality management systems
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including those by customers, suppliers, and certification bodies
• Manage calibration processes for measurement and testing equipment
• Exercise the authority to halt production and initiate corrective actions in case of quality deviations
• Oversee first production approval processes (First Article / PPAP or similar workflows)
• Manage segregation and quarantine procedures for non-conforming products
• Monitor and report daily quality KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from engineering departments
• 10+ years of experience
• Advanced level in English
• Analytical thinking skills and result-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
