Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Quality Manager” located in Ankara/Temelli for our global business partner in Power Management and Electrical Solutions industry.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experienced in quality and transformation management

• Fluent level of English

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Results-driven, analytical

Job Description

• Monitoring and analyzing site-level quality performance metrics through ERP systems and initiating and driving corrective and preventive actions based on trends. 

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to achieve zero-defect targets, including reducing scrap rates, optimizing cost structures and preventing customer complaints. 

• Aligning with corporate, regional and business unit quality strategies to define, deploy and drive strategic quality objectives and related initiatives. 

• Analyzing customer feedback and product/process performance data to improve quality metrics and developing and enhancing test plans for both existing and new products. 

• Driving a culture of quality excellence by implementing methodologies such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D and 5S; conducting internal and external audits; developing teams; and actively contributing to new product and project processes as the quality function.
