Supplier Quality Leader

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Supplier Quality Leader" based in Bursa for our business partner in the automotive components manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline,

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in quality functions within the automotive industry,

·      Proven experience in team management and leadership,

·      Good command of English,

·      Strong background in supplier development activities,

·      Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with IFS is preferred,

·      Knowledge of measuring instruments, Core Tools, management systems and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

·      Evaluate the compliance of serial production and new product parts/semi-finished products supplied by vendors with quality standards in collaboration with project teams, and report the findings to relevant departments,

·      Plan and monitor corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of supplier-related non-conformities and communicate the outcomes to the relevant stakeholders,

·      Assess supplier performance jointly with the Purchasing Department, establish supplier development plans, and ensure their effective follow-up,

·      Plan supplier system and process audits, ensure their execution, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions,

·      Follow up supplier quality activities related to sample trials, approval processes, APQP activities, and simultaneous engineering projects,

·      Ensure the execution of required testing, measurement, and reporting activities within incoming quality control and laboratory processes.
