IFM Key Account Manager (Global Client | Facility Management)

Job Description:

We are currently partnering with a leading global Integrated Facility Management provider for a Key Account Manager role, managing one of their most strategic international account.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a large-scale, multi-site operation while working closely with global stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a major international client account, ensuring operational excellence, strong stakeholder engagement, and seamless service delivery across multiple locations.

You will act as the main point of contact for the client, while leading on-site teams and collaborating with global counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full scope of IFM operations across multiple sites

• Manage and develop a large, diverse team including blue- and white-collar staff

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency

• Coordinate with internal teams and global stakeholders

• Oversee site performance and ensure alignment with company standards

• Act as a key escalation point and support issue resolution when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Management; Master’s degree preferred

• Fluent in English

• Around 10 years of experience in facility management, operations, or similar fields

• Proven experience in managing large teams (both blue- and white-collar)

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with corporate / multinational clients

• Ability to operate in a dynamic, multi-site environment
