Packaging Procurement Manager

Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a Procurement Packaging Manager to our client who is the global market leader in food and beverage services sector.

 Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Assist the project lead in managing procurement-related projects and initiatives
• Detect, address, and report risks to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
• Facilitate effective knowledge transfer from the external procurement team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities
• Play a key role in developing a procurement process that is fully aligned with internal policies and compliance requirements
• Apply sourcing strategies defined by Global Procurement, including activities such as tenders and benchmarking
• Work closely with stakeholders and team members to identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities
• Lead supplier negotiations to maintain targets and ensure cost control
• Oversee the contracting process in accordance with established procurement guidelines
• Maintain a deep understanding of international procurement standards, project execution, performance tracking, and contract lifecycle management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments
• 5+ years of procurement experience (experience in the food industry is a plus)
• Advanced level in English
• Analytical thinking skills and result-oriented mindset
• Agility and quick learning ability
• Passion for improvement and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills
