Planning Manager

Job Description:

Wyser is an international executive search and selection company within Gi Group Holding, specializing in middle and senior management recruitment. 

We are looking for a "Planning Manager" to join our global client operating in the food manufacturing industry, based in Dilovası/ Kocaeli.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree level,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food or pharma industry,
• Advanced level of English (oral and written), 
• SAP expertise,
• Experince in team management,
• Strong follow-up, stress management and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

• Lead out Production Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning,
• Manage, drive and control planning activities of raw materials, packaging materials and traded goods,
• Manage all inventories and ensure optimized stock levels and movement of materials,
• Ensure availability of information and inventory to support, production schedules and customer needs,
• Support strategic sourcing in conjunction with commodity management group by providing usage requirements to support demand,
• Define and manage the process for executing purchase orders under agreements negotiated by procurement,
• Lead out the supply review for the plant and provide outlook on capacity and action plans,
• Monitor and evaluate team members.
