Job Description:

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)" for our business partner, a leading global manufacturer operating in the building materials industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related discipline,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles,
• Proven experience in B2B marketing within manufacturing, construction materials, building products or related industries,
• Experience in developing and executing global brand and marketing strategies,
• Strong understanding of international markets and export-oriented business models,
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand technical products and manufacturing processes,
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's global marketing and brand strategy in line with business objectives.
• Establish and lead the marketing organization, building a high-performing team and driving a strong marketing culture.
• Increase brand awareness across international markets while strengthening the company's global market position.
• Lead corporate communication, product marketing, digital marketing and international exhibition activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the company's international growth strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and measurable business impact.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
