Country Sales Manager

Our global client is a well-established organization operating in the industrial profiles and architectural systems sector. In line with its commitment to sustainable growth and commercial excellence, the company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead its nationwide sales operations.

Job Description

• Lead and manage all country-wide commercial and sales operations in line with company objectives.
• Develop and implement commercial and pricing strategies across all product categories (architectural profiles, industrial profiles, and accessories).
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of the annual sales budget and action plans to achieve financial targets.
• Monitor sales performance, operational costs, profitability, and revenues; take corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, including recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Organize and lead regular sales meetings to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and evaluate new business partnership opportunities.
• Participate actively in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Propose and implement organizational improvements within the sales department when required.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a relevant sales management position.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, commercial operations, and pricing strategies.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
