We are looking for a Store Manager (İzmir Location) for our multinational client, which is the leading luxury retail industry.

Job Description

• Lead overall store operations, ensuring exceptional client experience and operational excellence,
• Drive sales performance and profitability through effective business planning and KPI management,
• Develop, motivate, and coach the team to achieve individual and store objectives,
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging CRM strategies to enhance loyalty and retention,
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and service excellence are consistently upheld,
• Analyze business results and implement action plans to maximize productivity and commercial opportunities,
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of luxury retail experience, including significant store management responsibility,
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and achieving business targets,
• Strong leadership, people development, and stakeholder management skills,
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and drive business growth,
• Fluent in English,
• Passionate about luxury retail, client experience, and team excellence.
